Joomla sites can have many 3rd Party extensions installed at one time which typically play well together. But sometimes updates cause problems so we make sure all updates we complete on the site don't break the site.
Joomla itself requires updating to fix bugs, or security features. We make sure they work in harmony.

We use the award-winning Akeeba Backups to create daily backups and store them on our Google Drive to protect your backup should anything go wrong with your server.

Yes! Unlimited content tweaks mean we'll update the text and images on your website for no additional cost.
Do be aware there are limitations, we are human, and any requests may take up to 5 business days to complete. If you need a request completed sooner, a rush fee may apply. Otherwise, you can sign up for our Priority Level addon to shorten that timeframe to 3 business days.

VIP Priority Support ― $75/mo
Our standard response time is up to 5 days on support requests, if that is too long for you then our VIP Priority Support is what you need.
With this upgrade places you at the front of the line and shortens your response time down to up to 2 business days.

High-Traffic / Large Site Hosting ― starting at $45/mo
If your website receives a lot of traffic or is very large we may require this add-on. You'll receive all the awesomeness of our standard hosting but upsized to properly fit your size.
Final pricing on this add-on will depend on the traffic amount, size, and complexity of your store and will be provided to you prior to enrollment.

eCommerce or Complex Sites ― starting at $75/mo
eCommerce websites or websites that have client portals, learning portals, integrations like Google APIs, custom-coded themes, or custom post-types/taxonomies have a lot of moving parts behind the scenes.
As a result, they require a bit more attention than other sites so everything keeps running smoothly.
**VIP Support Add-on is included at no additional cost**
Final pricing on this add-on will depend on the size and complexity of your extension or subsite and will be provided to you prior to enrollment.
Regular Maintenance is Cheaper Than Major Repairs
If you own a car then you know that regular maintenance is essential to keeping your vehicle running smoothly. If you neglect even changing your oil can cause your engine to seize up and cause serious issues.
This neglect can lead to damage to the look and functionality of your website. When that happens, you have to choose between fixing it yourself, and risking further damage, or pay the price for someone experienced to fix it. Most likely this will lead to needing a complete rebuild because the website is too far gone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a sign-up fee?
Yes, there is a $150 onboarding fee for websites we did not build or a website that has not had a care plan with us in the last 3 months.
We primarily work with Joomla! websites but can help you with your WordPress sites.
This fee is due at the time of enrollment.
Additionally, after our initial check of your website's integrity, we may ask you to resolve issues before we can onboard you onto our website maintenance services.
What is actually covered in your "Unlimited Content Edits"?
A "content edit request" is a request to edit existing text or images on your website and typically takes under 30 minutes to complete.
The following ARE included items:
- Updating service page content
- Updating employees
- Creating a new page, with provided content, based on a pre-existing layout
- Adding and scheduling a new blog post with provided content and images
- Adding/updating products to your store
- Adding/updating events to your event calendar
Requests that require more than 30 minutes to complete and/or a more complex skill set to complete will require a quote to be created and paid for prior to the task being completed.
The following items ARE NOT included and will require a quote:
- Installing and configuring new plugins
- Creating all new page(s) with little to no content or layout
- Creating all new custom page type
- Updating theme style or design in any way

Do I have to host my website with you?
No, not at all. If your existing hosting account is paid for an extended term we recommend you keep it where it is. When that term is up we can migrate your site to our hosting for no additional cost.
The benefit of hosting with Find Web Help is knowing your website has a home built especially for Joomla and offers many advantages over others.
Also, our Small Business Plan is included in your Maintenance Plan.
What if I only need help with maintenance?
Of course! We understand that some folks don't need help with making content updates to their website and only need assistance with the "nitty gritty" bits like updates, security, etc.
We offer a reduced Fundamental plan that offers everything in The Essentials section of our plan for only $59 a month.
This plan also has access to our Core plugins which include 26 of our favorites saving you over $300 each year in licenses.
*please note you may be required to include our High-Traffic or Complex site add-ons.
What if I need a plugin that isn't in your library?
For plugins that are outside of our library, you have the option to pay for the license yourself or charge them to your account and add them to your monthly retainer. This additional cost typically ranges between $10 and $50 per month depending on the particular plugin/theme/service.
How do I cancel my account?
While we never want to lose a client, your plan may be terminated by either party for any reason with written notice. If your account has any open invoices, an invoice will be sent that must be paid in full before any deliverables are provided.
If you terminate your contract we will detach our licenses from your website which will not affect its functionality but will not allow it to continue to receive updates. We’ll send a overview that includes which licenses will need to be purchased if you wish to continue use of the plugin/theme(s).
Finally, we will provide a complete backup of your website for your records. If your site is hosted with us, we can provide assistance with transferring the site.
